The main business focus of Unimos/Shanghai is to extend existing core competences on assembly and testing of memory semiconductor and 3D NAND semiconductor into China market to serve regional customers’ demands. Through ChipMOS staff’s effort, ChipMOS/Shanghai has been successfully providing assembly and testing services to customers at memory sector since 2003.
