Our trainee program is an intensive 2 year on-the-job learning experience with competitive pay package, consisting of three 8-month assignments covering different businesses and in different locations worldwide within the Aker group. The assignment schedule will be tailor-made for each trainee, to fit with your background, capabilities and personal preferences.

After the 2-year program is completed, we hope to have motivated trainees to further develop their careers in Aker.

Entry requirements:
MBA or MSc in management
Graduated between 2005 - 2007, maximum of 2 years of job experience after graduation
Practical experience from "technology industry"
Fluent in English and Chinese
Realistic and "hands-on", like to get things done
Talented individual, leadership potential
Socially intelligent, ability to build trusted relationships
