Technical Software Services （简称TSS），中文名称是北京联媒广传软件技术服务有限公司，是一家澳大利亚独资企业，1989年成立于悉尼，由三位合伙人投资创办。
成立伊始，TSS快速成长为的媒体及广告行业软件开发商，为用户提供具有行业针对性的软件解决方案，涉及电视台、广播电台、电影院、杂志、报纸、户外及大型零售集团。
TSS为全球超过110家公司及办事处提供软件，并有针对性的为各大媒体经营者（及其销售机构）、广告代理公司和广告客户提供个性化的定制系统。
TSS的客户由分布在世界各地的广告代理公司、大型/小型的媒体广播集团组成。“软件集成”是TSS系统的突出特点。TSS也为媒体经营者及媒体供应商开发软件。

Technical Software Services (TSS) is a privately owned company founded in Sydney by 3 partners in 1989.
Since then it has rapidly grown to become the prominent developers of advertising agency and media operator software solutions, including the Television, Radio, Cinema, Magazines, Press, Outdoor and retail environments.
TSS provides software and services to over 110 companies/offices around the world. TSS is unique in providing applications software for Major Media Proprietors (and sales organizations), Advertising Agencies and Major Advertisers.
The TSS client base is comprised of major advertising agencies and large and small broadcasters worldwide. Software integration is a key feature of all of our systems. Hence TSS has developed software for media owners and vendors.
With much of the current R&D focused on Business to Business electronic trading and Web based technologies TSS is at the vanguard of these developments as they relate to our target markets.
