I. Basic Information
Shinemore Company was jointly established by Chengdu Shinemore Shoes Co., Ltd., Chengdu Xinhang Shoes Co., Ltd., Sichuan Xinxinmao Leather Product Co., Ltd. in 1995. Ever since its establishment, the Company has always been committed to the development, production and sales of lady shoes and has cooperated with famous domestic and international enterprises such as "Red Dragonfly"and "ZARA" to develop and manufacture leather shoes which are highly flavored by consumers. It has also set several standards of industrial manufacturing. The Company has established four production bases in Chengdu, i.e. Jinhua Branch Plant, Shoes Capital Branch Plant ,Shuangliu Branch Plant, and Chongzhou Production Base, successively with a total area of over 120 Mu. These four plants have 1,800 employees with an annual production capacity of 5 million pairs of shoes.

II. History of Corporate Development
In 2005, the Company made a huge investment to establish marketing center and product development center and fully ventured into the domestic leather shoes market. This has gained customers’ continuous praise and laid a solid foundation for the later flourishment of the business. After 10 years of hard works and efforts, the Company has strengthened its internal management and external cooperation & exchange and has upgraded its development and design step by step. At the same time, the Company invested tens of millions to set up its headquarter high specifications and standards. The headquarter is a new milestone in the history of development of Shinemore Company and it mark the Company’s giant stride in the path of development leading to a competitive products manufacturer. III. Corporate Development Strength
The Company has established its Development and Design Division I and Development and Design Division II. The two development teams can develop and produce over one thousand new designs on a quarterly basis to provide the latest designs for strategic cooperation brands and can completely meet customer’s demands.

For quality control, the Company has established a professional QC management system at all levels and ensured that each process and link are aimed at achieving the objectives of low cost and upgraded quality.

鑫茂公司成立于1995年，由鑫茂公司总部、成都市鑫茂鞋业有限责任公司、成都鑫航鞋业有限责任公司、四川鑫鑫茂皮革制品有限责任公司共同组建而成。公司自创建以来，一直致力于女式皮鞋的研发、生产和销售，并与“红蜻蜓”、“ZARA”等国内国际知名企业强强合作，研发、生产出深受客户欢迎的皮鞋，持续缔造多项行业实施标准。公司相继在成都成立金花分厂、鞋都分厂、双流分厂、崇州生产基地四个生产厂区，总占地面积120余亩，在职员工1800名，具备年生产皮鞋500万双的产能。

三、公司开发实力
公司相继成立开发设计一部和开发设计二部。两个开发团队每季开发、设计新款千多款，为战略合作品牌提供新款式设计，并全面供应客户订单需求。
