2012 china management associate program
our temasek china management associate program (china ma program) offers unique opportunities to talented young graduates. we are looking for candidates to join us who have the potential to be future leaders of our china businesses.
the program aims to develop high-potential individuals through intensive training and rotations across different business segments in singapore and china. the china ma will have the privilege of working alongside top talents on various investment deals and learn through first hand experience. this 12 months program will equip the china ma with valuable networks and skill sets which will provide a strong head-start for future roles within the organization.
the china ma carries out a wide variety of tasks, including:
- financial statement analysis, financial modeling and preparation of deal memoranda, etc
- company and industry analysis and preparation of company and industry profiles
- participate in the implementation of transactions and portfolio monitoring across a wide range of industries
- play a role in building relationships with companies, corporate partners and other relevant institutions
to be successful in this role, the china ma is expected to learn fast, add value quickly and leverage resources creatively to support the business challenges tasked to them.
