The products are adopted by many large electron factories both HongKong and domestic ones in the fields of HEAT、SEAL、FPC、ACF、COG, die bond sealant dispense ,and vision feedback clamping system etc,as well the location tune by using stepping,servo system practically.The machine design adopts advanced computer software making 3D,and the product involves various principles such as pneumatic,hydraulic, the microelectronics industry and optics etc..Matching with the Mitsubishi CNC numerical-control to be machinery process , the product must pass through the strict inspection, and upgrade continuously.Our company owns AB510 bonding machines,taking on bonding, SMT,hot press,hot riveting ,soldering,assembling etc., so we are not only the user but also the manufacturer.

本公司成立於1989年，主要設計、製造晶片封裝滴膠；恒溫、脈衝熱壓；熱鉚、打凸；基準孔自動鑽孔及測試五大類設備。
公司的產品多年來，已被香港及國內的各大電子廠家廣泛應用於HEAT、SEAL、FPC、ACF、COG晶片封裝滴膠、熱壓、熱鉚、打凸、鑽孔、使用視覺反饋定位系統等工藝上，亦能熟練使用步進、伺服系統作位置調整。機器設計採用先進電腦軟體作3D仿真，產品涉及氣動、液壓、微電子工業控制及光學、化學等多種原理。配合三菱CNC數控機床作機械加工，所設計之產品必須經公司生產部門嚴格驗證，並不斷升級。我公司亦擁有AB510邦機，承接幫定、SMT、熱壓、熱鉚、焊錫、裝配等，所以既是該類設備同時使作者，亦是設備生產商。
