上海龙之杰企业发展有限公司成立于2004年，是一家集纺织品研发、投资管理，企业管理咨询和国际贸易为一体的综合型企业。公司位于上海市闵行区沧源科技园，毗邻上海交通大学和上海紫竹科技园。
上海龙之杰企业发展有限公司纺织品研发组建于2006年，秉承“以科技为先导，用科技求发展”的研发理念，拥有一批多年从事纺、织、染、整工艺研究和新纺织品开发的人才团队，致力于研发绿色、环保、功能性的新型整理工艺和高科技特色纺织品。
2009年纺织品研发成功开发出“超柔亚麻针织纱G968”，并通过瑞士Oeko-Tex Standard 100生态认证，达到Ⅰ级认证标准。目前纺织品研发已经被国际和国内的一些知名品牌服饰公司和家纺公司指定为战略合作伙伴。

The company is located in Cangyuan Science Park Minhang District of Shanghai. Adjacent to Minhang branch school of Shanghai Jiao Tong university and Minhang Zi Zhu Technology Park.

Shanghai Long Zhijie Enterprise Development Co, LTD, textile research and development centre was started in 2006, upholds the concept of "Science and technology as the forerunner, development with science and technology", has many specialists engaging in spinning, weaving, dyeing technology research for many years and the development of new textile team. They devote themselves to exploiting green, environmental protection, functional finishing technology and new high-tech features of textiles.

In 2009 the center successfully developed "super soft flax knitting yarn G968", and passed the Swiss Oeko 100 ecological authentication, reached Ⅰlevel authenticate standard.
