This person is responsible for developing and leading a China based professional team of engineers. In conjunction with the US team this team designs electronics music instruments and related hardware. Music instrument experience is NOT necessary. This position reports to the US based VP of Engineering and must work independently to achieve company goals with a minimum of supervision from the VP. This person will also work with other managers in the US to plan and schedule projects. Fluent written and verbal English communication skills are required. This position may require local and international travel.
