天津南港工业区港务有限公司是天津市南港工业区开发有限公司的全资子公司，具体承担南港工业区授权的港区开发建设任务和运营管理服务，经营范围主要包括港口经营相关业务（取得《港口经营许可证》后经营），国际货运代理，国内货运代理及多式联运服务；港口、航道、码头及相关陆域设备的建设开发。

Odfjell Nangang Terminal (Tianjin) Co. Ltd. (ONTT) is a joint venture between Tianjin Nangang Industrial Zone Port Co. Ltd. (51%) and Odfjell Terminals Asia Pte Ltd (part of the Odfjell group) (49%) . Now ONTT is building liquid chemical jetty and terminals in Tianjin Nangang Industrial Zone. It will operate the bulk liquid chemical jetty loading/unloading and terminal storage business.
