徐州天富化工有限公司是由荷兰天富国际事业股份有限公司和徐州海鸥集团共同兴建的合资企业，成立于1998年1月，现已成为中国的主要磷衍生物供应商。公司现有7万吨磷酸和6万吨三聚磷酸钠的年生产能力。另外，正兴建1.5万吨食品级和其它工业级磷酸盐的新生产装置，于近期投产。
Thermphos Xuzhou is a joint-venture of Thermphos International based in The Netherlands and Xuzhou Seagull Group. the company was established in January 1998 and has already become a major supplier of phosphorous derivatives in China. Currently Thermphos Xuzhou has a production capacity of 70,000 mt of P-acid and 60,000 mt of STPP. In addition, we are now planning a new 15,000 mt plant for the production of food grade and other industrial phosphates, which will come on stream in early 2003.
