中国重庆蓝石博奥照明系统有限公司位于重庆市北部新区汇丰路1号(金山工业园区)4栋3楼标准厂房，是由美国蓝石工业（香港）有限公司、重庆博奥实业有限公司于2010年12月共同出资组建的合资公司，主要从事汽车LED照明系统的研发、生产、销售、进出口贸易等。

ChinaChongqing Revstone Boao Lighting System Company Limited is located at 3Floor of 4 Building Standard factory,No.1 Huifeng Road New Northern Zone, Chongqing city（Jinshan Industrial Park）. It is a joint venture which is formed in December 2010 by Revstone Industries (Hongkong) Company Limited and Chongqing Boao Industrial (Hong Kong)Company Limited, and it will be mainly engaged in automotive LED lighting development, production, sale, import and export .

公司注册资金2000万人民币，投资总额4000万人民币。外方股东：美国蓝石工业有限公司下属（简称Revstone）是Chicago Miniature Lighting, LLC（简称“ChML”）的关联公司。ChML成立于1910年，是北美汽车、航空、海运、商业及工业市场上的灯具及照明系统供货商。ChML已成为北美大的LED（发光二极管）照明解决方案提供商之一。

The registered capital of the company is 20 million yuan, with 40 million yuan of total investment. Foreign shareholder: Revstone Industries (Hong kong) Company Limited(Revstone for short as follow)is the company owns Chicago Miniature Lighting, LLC （called“ChML”for short）. ChML which was founded in 1910, is the supplier of lamps and lighting systems on the market for the automotive, aviation, commerce and industry in North America. ChML has become one of the largest providers LED(light emitting diode) lighting’ solutions.

中方股东：重庆博奥实业有限公司，成立于1991年，是重庆知名的实业公司之一与多家世界500强企业建立了合资合作关系。
