中广资本，公司原名上海中广信息传播咨询有限公司，于1996年5月设立，于1998年取得中国证监会颁发的“证券投资咨询业务资格”。2013年12月公司完成迁址工作，注册地由上海市迁往广东省深圳市，同时公司更名为 “中广资本”。

公司主要经营业务范围涵盖投资咨询、财务顾问等，围绕资本市场的运作为投资者提供地服务。

The company formerly known as CNR Information Media Consulting Co., Ltd. was set up in May, 1996. In 1998, company qualified for "securities investment consulting qualification" from CSRC. December 2013 Company relocation in Shenzhen , Guangdong Province, while the company was renamed as “GEM Capital."
